Invitation Letter
If a VISA is required, please sen an email to issaasia@esgroup.net with the following documents :
– Pre-registration barcode (You need to pre-register in advance to issue a barcode. It will be sent to your e-mail.)
– Passport copy
– Flight reservation confirmation and e-ticket
– Accommodation reservation confirmation
– Itinerary for your stayin Korea
※ Please note that all documents must be submitted without exception to issue the invitation letter.
In case it is judged that the purpose of the visit is not met, your application for a VISA invitation is subject to rejection.
ATTENTION
1. We DO NOT issue guarantee letters for individuals.
2. The invitation letter will be issued to those willing to visit ISSA SHOW ASIA only. The letter does not guarantee visa issuance and the Fair Manager is not responsible for your VISA obtainment. Note that the Fair Manager will not contact the embassy nor send letters to them.
3. The Fair Manager has the right to decline the issuance of an official letter if the applicant fails to submit the mandatory documents.
4. For those requiring a visa to enter Korea, it is strongly recommended that the applicants start preparing their applications at least 45 days prior to departure date.
5. The Invitation letter will be ready within seven business days on arrival of all mandatory documents to the Fair Manager.
